Pros

A progressive and growing organisation that looks to grow its employees through consistent and training and development programmes. It values and creates opportunities personally, professionally and financially to those that make a positive impact at the company. Expectations and standards are high but that makes it a great place to work as you strive to be the best.

Cons

No real downsides other than the coffee machines needing better coffee. As a large and growing compy its difficult to really get to know everyone.

Great clients, interesting work, entrepreneurial environment, supportive management, good opportunity for career advance and really good team camaraderie!

Cons

Company is very large with lots of different business areas. It would be great if there was even more opportunity for interaction between the various operating companies.
