Pros

They employ people, have benefits, and allow for your savings in 401K.

Cons

The compensation offered is less competitive than local convenience stores, with zero matching contributions to the 401K plan. Additionally, the company provides a cookie cutter option for insurance; only one type of insurance at a single level for all employees, and this is without basic life insurance coverage. The organization is large and often treats employees impersonally. During the open enrollment period, a postcard was sent out, but the QR code directed employees to a website that is still under construction, Currently, there are 5 days left to submit benefits, and the site is still not available. There are frequent payroll errors and inconsistent communication, with management often reversing previous statements without acknowledgment or apology, leading to a poor employee atmosphere. As a result, I have been actively seeking employment opportunities elsewhere since the company takeover.
