      Pros

      Great to work in a mission-driven organization making lasting impacts in bioscience. Very smart and passionate people work here. Excellent 401(k) matching and parental leave policy. I feel challenged daily to grow, learn, and take ownership over work. Great work/life balance.

      Cons

      Can be a little disorganized and difficult to find what you need. Takes some time learning the organization to know who to go to, for what. Wish we had more vacation time.

      Great science, poor admin and senior leadership

      The science and colleagues are superb.

      Cons

      The senior leadership is unkind, entitled, and out of touch. Although there are kind individuals in all departments, the administrative and computer support leaves a lot to be desired.
