I'll share your input regarding too many meetings, and recommend that you do as well. We like hearing and discussing how we can strengthen our approach to team science, open science, and big science.

Good lab, growing quickly

Pros

The Allen Institute is doing some really interesting research and is undergoing a lot of growth. It is a much better employer than most other employees in biotech that I've experienced.

Cons

Middle management sometimes treated lab techs like children. I was a pretty low level employee but still, I was an adult and had BS degree in Neuroscience. Would have been nice to be treated with a bit more respect.
