Nice teams and big science oppourtunities

Pros

Get to work on problems with a scale that a traditional academic lab can't. Smart people and you get to stay in science.

Cons

Kind of tough here because pay could be better given the Seattle area cost of living, but it is better than a postdoc in the area.
