5yThank you for taking time to provide your feedback. This year we've launched some initial manager training, as well as announced common values for the Institute. I hope these steps, along with the future manager training programs will help level out the employee experience.

6yThank you for your feedback, and specifically for your clarity around our need to provide more information regarding how to have a great career here as a Research Associate. The HR team is working with the Business Unit Operations Leaders to create a strong job family grid. Our goal is to provide a full job family grid for Research Associates before year end 2020, and train our people on how to use this to have a career development discussion. Our COVID-19 efforts have slowed down the Job Family work, but not stopped it! Stay tuned. ~Judy
