Pros

Cutting edge science and great mission. Good funding for a non profit company.

Cons

Lots of change with a new CEO that should help the company because there was a toxic work environment in many departments and the old CEO let it happen.

Great benefits, the people are nice, and flexible schedule

Cons

Management isn't the best depending on the team you are on. It is difficult to move up in your career

Loved my team. HR is all talk, no action.

Pros

Great 401k match. Beautiful building. I had a great team and manager. I felt fairly compensated. Fun people to work with.

Cons

Your experience is largely dependent on your team and manager. Some managers are more likely to promote their employees than others. You might have to go out of your way more to be recognized. HR preaches DEI and employee advancement but takes zero action when you actually try to have a conversation with them. They love to ghost you via email.
