Pros

Remote and IT will get you what you need by the next day. Pay was on time.

Cons

Everything. They really paint a great picture of what it will be like once you hit the floor out of training. What you’ll find is no support from any managers. You can sit and message or call any of them and it’s rare anyone answers your chat. Some of the leads were YEARS old. You’re on a dialer all day praying you get an inbound call but to no avail. My entire training class was gone the first month on the floor. Either fired for not being able to meet their unattainable goals, or quit because they saw it for what it was early on. They let a colleague go right after he finished closing a deal. Just so they can keep that client and make money off them. Fired him during his break saying it wasn’t working out. No PIPs or anything. KNOWING the leads were old, reworked leads and having atleast a week go with no leads in the dialer due to “issues” with their vendors. I was disappointed because there were some good people there. The only two left just got laid off due to “downsizing”. Overall I’d give them a 1 for my experience. We agree, it was a waste of time for us who kept in contact after we left. Honestly seems like what they do is hire people to keep up with calls. Hoping they each sell just enough and then fire them for not meeting their high quota. They also use misleading tactics to get leads. Such as making it sound like a government program who will just pay off people’s debt or a loan they qualified for, only to do switch bail to debt settlement. This is not legal. I am not one to just review but this one really left a bad taste in my mouth.

We take these concerns seriously and appreciate the chance to clarify. Creating a supportive environment for our team is a priority and leadership and HR remain available to assist when needed. While lead quality can vary, our marketing strategy is built to connect with consumers who can genuinely benefit from our services, and we continually refine that process. In some cases, leads may be older, which is common in sales, but many of our advisors still close successful deals from them. Our performance expectations are outlined from the start, and advisors are provided with the tools, resources, and guidance needed to succeed. When goals are not met, we make staffing decisions based on consistent and fair performance criteria on the milestone goals that apply to where one is in their employment. Regarding the “Bait and switch” claim, we want to be clear that we do not engage in any misleading tactics. Every conversation is intended to be transparent about the services we offer, with the goal of providing ethical, solution-based guidance. We believe our compensation model offers strong earning potential and review it regularly to keep it competitive in the industry. While experiences can differ, many of our advisors meet and exceed their targets and find the role highly rewarding. We’re sorry to hear your experience didn’t meet expectations, but we’re glad to know your pay arrived on time and that IT was able to assist you quickly.

Pros

Some of your coworkers will be great—because you’re all surviving the same mess together.

Cons

Where to start? This place was all about numbers and nothing else! Your worth, your sanity, your job security are centered around metrics. It didn’t matter if the systems were down or the customers were angry, you were expected to take call after call, while people yelled at you, and not a single manager stepped in to help. In fact, the managers were useless, often missing or just walking around pretending to be busy. There’s zero support, a ton of stress, and the environment quickly becomes toxic and exhausting. The pay? Absolutely underwhelming, especially for the mental toll this job takes. Worst of all, there’s this shady feeling that the company’s doing things in unethical ways. It’s no surprise people walk out without notice. You’re expected to survive in chaos, meet impossible expectations, and somehow smile through it.

Thank you for sharing your experience as a former Customer Service Representative. We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear that your time with us didn’t meet your expectations. Creating a safe, supportive, and empowering environment is something we care deeply about, and we’re committed to helping every team member feel confident and equipped to succeed. Our performance metrics are meant to inspire growth and celebrate wins—not to create stress. While many team members do thrive in this structure, we understand that every journey is different, and we’re genuinely sorry for any frustration you may have felt. We’re proud to offer one of the most competitive compensation packages in the industry and are always working to improve. We also encourage open communication and want every team member to feel comfortable reaching out to HR whenever support is needed. Thank you again for your time with us and for sharing your perspective.
