Retention is the worst I’ve ever experienced in my 15 years of sales

Nice area and buildings with beautiful views. Walkable to restaurants, grocery stores, Starbucks.

Cons

Retention doesn’t exist, they’re too cheap to hire quality people and pay them better for them to actually care to save files. Such a high turnover because of chargebacks.
