I just try to have fun with my friendly co-workers after shifts.

Cons

The turnover rate is astronomical because employees are constantly exploited and treated with no respect. Leadership makes awful, ineffective decisions while silencing any input from the team. Employees have no power and are forced to follow orders regardless of how damaging they are.

Good culture within Opportunities for growth (a lot of employees) Good if you’re new to industry

Cons

Pay - they are a servicing company so the funds are there Leads - quality or quantity but here is quantity over quality (create leads not buy them off someone!!)
