Cons

QA expects perfection on all calls, once changes are rolled out we are expected to Adapt the day changes roll out. There’s new changes weekly, that is not an exaggeration. There is not enough time in between calls for anyone to properly document call or address everything that is needed to be addressed. If you are an experienced rep you are expected to hit all your marks. And you can not message another rep for clarification on an issue, you just have to assume customer doesn’t know so you risk repeating /angering the customer again.
