      Good pay and benefits. The company cares about the employees and is flexible to meet their needs. The company is growing.

      Cons

      It's in Van Wert, would be nicer if it was in Fort Wayne or another larger city.

      Lot of things to learn. The work is super dynamic and ther are always things to do. You will never be boring in your desk.

      Cons

      Can be overwhelming ( large amount of work and they just pay for 40 hours if you are engineer )
