Need to have a job in order to attempt to pay the bills.

Touting company success and profits to an underpaid and overworked staff.

Pros

The only pro I can think of is flexibility

Cons

There is no incentives to working there. Most people coming off the streets are making as much as people that have been loyal to the company for 10+ years. And those people are expected to pick up the slack for the new employees to get production.
