It's a fairly easy job if you know how to talk to people and use and troubleshoot phones

Cons

company wanted us to lie to customers about service and could change our commission at any time they wanted.

Very team oriented. Everyone is there for each other and it feels like a family. Opportunity to make monthly bonus is cool.

Cons

Not every customer is a sale. Not much Room for advancement past manager.
