Co-workers become life long friends

Everything else. No training, no support, pay is trash and continues to get worse, no benefits, no holiday pay, HR team is rude and has no table manners. This company has been going down hill for years.

Cons

Protected class in Michigan. There's special treatment given to people who are close to the people who work in the office. If you don't work in Michigan this place is awful. Florida doesn't pay enough. But they overpay in Michigan.
