Pros

Competitive pay with other companies. Pays you commission and also store bonus as a manager. Health Insurance, dental and vision which is amazing. PTO is offered. To be successful at your job you need to be dedicated and have great work ethics.

Cons

If you decide that you want to clerk, this job is not for you.
