I came from a prior cell phone company. Somebody who has been around the block, I can tell you the second I started I knew I landed in a solid place! Without writing a five paragraph essay, I will just say…… I could not be happier here

I have grown a ton personally and professionally at Alliance Mobile. I feel like I'm challenged everyday and growth comes from challenges. There is always something new to learn as wireless is always changing. This company prefers to promote from within and really pushes to help make their employees better everyday

Cons

Sometimes the culture does not reflect the same in every location.

All of the pros are gone

Cons

Management taking pay cuts every year, being forced to work on days off, check camera check in on your team, multiple times on your off days, if you hit your goals they raise them so you can’t, make it so you have to be at 90% for minimum pay. Refuse to allow you to use PTO if they are under staffed or know you’re leaving, getting cussed out for asking for help and refusing to not be heard.
