Pros

A couple months ago I was in a very bad place getting turned down by every job for no real reason. That is until Carly the hiring manager for the north coast interviewed me and right on the spot basically told me i was hired. I don’t know what i had done to deserve this amazing chance but i got it and ever since then my life has turned around for the better. I wake up every day eager to get to work, eager to see who I can help that day because that’s all this job really is. I can proudly now say that after just two short months I have been promoted to store manager. So thank you to Carly and all of AT&T for taking the chance on a young man like myself I look forward to growing more everyday with this amazing company!

Cons

I have nothing bad to say!

Pros

You can learn some decent sales strategies and skills while working here. Your monthly bonus (not commission, a bonus) is uncapped.

Cons

Many stores are consistently understaffed. The store I worked at had only two of us working there (myself and a single co-worker, with no manager) for months, and hiring new staff was clearly not made a priority. It was difficult for the two of us to meet our sales goals because we received little to no guidance, and because customers would see how understaffed we were and how long the wait was and walk out. For the record, monthly sales goals are based on how much traffic a store gets each month (which is electronically counted when someone walks in or out the door) and is then divided among staff. So, people walking in and out without buying anything hurts us in more ways than one, but we couldn't do anything about it.

DO NOT WORK HERE AS A CAREER

Pros

Good job as a starter especially if you want to learn sales.

Cons

Training is horrible. Too many trainings that are required or they hold your pay. Long hours are expected especially around holidays. Days off are a joke. Pay is terrible if you have to depend on commissions. Do not choose this as a career. Get the experience and move on to something better.
