      Only pro is half off phone service

      Cons

      Terrible commission structure. Not willing to pay new representatives. Abysmal training program. Upper management issues out redundant tasks such as counting inventory for location multiple times a month. They ask for more while cutting hours in location all while expanding to more stores. Completely lost as an organization. Benefits are a complete joke. PTO is the worst I've seen, Healthcare barely covers anything.

      nice crew, fun place to work

      they raise the goals constantly, they just implemented a new system where they remove 39 minutes from your paycheck every day for "mental health costs" they raise the goals if you do too good for one month, they make it harder to get your bonus every couple months, they have reduced pay many times over. they were an amazing company before merging with Slaton wireless. I would never recommend working for this company. me and most of my crew are working on finding new work
