Cons

Chargebacks and continuous change in commission structure are definite cons. What you make, eventually gets taken from you.

Pros

There was great team work and commission was nice, try and promote within the company before outsourcing. The store I worked at was amazing and I was able to get solid commission over (1.5k )probably every other month. I also had great customers who would come in and talk to me even some who would offer to buy lunch.

Cons

Base pay is terrible not livable wage by any means. It is very dependent on sales, if you are stuck at a slow store you'll never make over 1k in commission unless you have a miracle happen. The base pay alone does not incentivize the long hours and being used as a dumping ground for technical support.
