You will be asked to scam customers Sales goals are just feasible enough to ensure you are barely reaching commission goals IF you are a good salesperson. Will have to compete with your manager for all sales. Don’t even think of using upper management, they do not care about you.

Understaffed Scam culture Upselling customers on stuff they don’t need which =chargebacks and no commission with their idiotic structure Just go work for a corporate store there’s a career path there alliance is just a job not a career as it sucks
