Pay is good if in a good store. Good resume builder. Good benefits.

Cons

Leaderships expectations are not consistent. Pay is not good at most locations. Management tends to bully you into performing using unethical practices rather then coach good behaviors. Very limited growth opportunities. Multiple times information was pasted down from leadership that ended up not being true.

Pros

I had so much fun within the company. Some of the back office truly makes your job easier. The pay is decent but at this location it’s hard to get anywhere

Cons

They switch commission structure frequently, not really in a good way. Depending on the DM, it’ll be amazing. Otherwise count your days. If you don’t hit goals, even if you try your hardest, you will get in trouble and threatened being fired
