Pros

- Good base pay, better commission plan - Employees that don't care/don't try are weeded out - Employees are listened to regardless of position, all suggestions are considered - The owners care about growth, both expanding existing territories and adding entirely new ones

Cons

- Frequent commission plan changes - Have to find new ways and work harder to make same as you were previously

Only pro is half off phone service

Cons

Terrible commission structure. Not willing to pay new representatives. Abysmal training program. Upper management issues out redundant tasks such as counting inventory for location multiple times a month. They ask for more while cutting hours in location all while expanding to more stores. Completely lost as an organization. Benefits are a complete joke. PTO is the worst I've seen, Healthcare barely covers anything.
