Pros
Overall a great place to work. By and large the environment is friendly and collaborative. There is a big focus on growing talent internally with flexibility to change teams rather than forcing people to leave for advancement. Higher level leadership seems at least generally competent. Depending on your team hours and work-life-balance is probably somewhere in the middle of the road for a medium-large corporation.
Cons
No major downsides, but typical corporate issues. A fair amount of time lost due to tech debt and chasing the latest coolest thing.
