The management constantly changing their minds and decisions. You cannot focus properly on anything as something else becomes a top priority within hours of a most important task you have just started. Also your job can be removed or offshored at a drop of a hat .

The onboarding is atrocious for this role. They lie and say that they have impeccable training. This is not true. They may have great training for associates but this is not true for the coordinator role. People can be extremely condescending and rude when you ask for help. People are not available to help when you need them especially if they’re working from home.
