*I* should have listened to the reviews.
Pros
Everyone will say that the people are the best part of working here. It's true. Smart people and many have an "open door" policy and will gladly chat with you. I've added an extra star for the people alone. Benefits package is excellent too. Kinda compensates for the salary, which is below industry average.
Cons
The training process is not effective for all. If you're neurodivergent, have sensitive health issues, and/or demanding family obligations, truly do your research on the company to confirm it's the right fit. Leverage LinkedIn and talk to current and former employees and weigh your options before accepting a job offer. If this is your first job out of college, know that work/life balance doesn't exist in this industry. It's gonna be stressful. But it's not worth sacrificing your health and personal life. You will pay with compounding interest.
