Decent Culture, Good People, Just Not the Right Fit

Fair pay and great people who have the same laid-back culture you'd expect in PWM, just not the right fit for what I was looking for long term. The role is similar to a back office administration role in terms of operational duties, good opportunities to move up within the company and expand your role, however, there seems to be a lot of nepotism involved in who gets those opportunities.

Cons

The office I worked in seemed to have high turnover. Back office operational role disguised as a client-facing, front-office role. You definitely get client contact, just only when the clients need some basic operational task accomplished.

Only pro is the cafeteria.

Cons

This place will work you to death if they could. Salary is ok when you start, but don’t expect a raise or a good Bonus . Only the butt kissers get that privilege.
