Pros

Fairly simple title hierarchy. Decent work load and work-life balance. Very easy to adapt to the company culture. Decent pay structure.

Cons

If you want to work smart, you may have to look elsewhere. After reminding senior executives that the given work is not enough and challenging, no change for about a year. And then the inevitable happened !

Great, great people... & the Company does TRY to do the right thing - but isn't always successful... It really used to be a pleasure, not a chore, to be there.

Cons

The constant culling of staff / off-shoring / outsourcing inevitably had a devastating effect on staff... Such a shame because the it was such a great to work...
