Manageable work hours, incredibly friendly coworkers, good work/life balance

Cons

Despite what you're told, middle-management is horrified of any kind of outside the box thinking. They are painfully attached to the "x # of dials/emails a day" metric for determining how well you do your job. You better hope for a good External.
