      Pros

      Learned a ton! It was a smaller team and they were really helpful with all of my questions. Unlike many of the bigger banks all of the traders were approachable and friendly. You don't have to be a banker to get in the door either.

      Cons

      It's a really big firm, so you don't get to learn how it operates on a global or regional scale when you are just there for the summer.
