-Compensation (not as per market standards) -No bonus -4 days wfo -Indecisive management - holidays keep changing based on the mood of the management. Sometimes you are allowed to take Indian holidays, and sometimes not. -Stagnant in growth - A lot of favoritism in the team - irrespective of the impact that person brings in. - Politics within the team -Over-utilization of assets (employee)
