Interesting work and opportunity if an incredibly siloed role Good systems and the work process was fine I was told my work was good

My boss was micromanaging and widely accepted as an alcoholic and workaholic I worked until midnight a lot but still chastised for coming in half an hour late even though there was a "flexible" policy in place and I had no meetings in my diary ever really which was the nature of the role Unfair application of rules around office work within the team
