AllianceBernstein is a great employer with well rounded benefits and pay, supportive team members , and tons of ways to get involved in the company. I would heavily recommend AB to any prospective employees. Serious dedication to culture and integrity.

Cons

The firm is market dependent, so when markets are poor people get let go, which can be really scary. Depending on your team there can be relatively limited pathways for advancement, bigger orgs within the company offer greater structure and mobility, however, this is made substantially less negative because of how strong the quality of employment is at every level.
