Pros

There is a lot of room for growth and little micro management given if your work ethic was good enough. I was given the freedom to do my work in the way I wanted and was encouraged to collaborate with other departments when the opportunities came.

Cons

Sometimes feels very "corporate" in terms of set pay scales but I only ever saw that with non-revenue generating jobs and I'd imagine that's pretty industry standard. Overall a great company to work for.

* Disorganized leadership * Promise of growth opportunities but managers don't really deliver on this * Not everything's changing to reflect Nashville quality of life (more flexible hours, WFH capabilities, dress code)
