Pros

The office is great, and work life balance is great compared to other places I’ve worked.

Cons

The pay and benefits are not industry leading by any means. Pay is surprisingly low, have received end of year pay increases of 2-3% while exceeding expectations at my position. The culture is very much the lifeless pandering seen at every other firm right now.

This company will fight to pay you as little as possible and tell you you’re not doing that great of a job in your performance review after going above and beyond all year.
