      Great life-work balance, very flexible, and is a few of the companies that still allow you to WFH.

      Cons

      Low visibility to upper management, not enough career opportunities unless you’re willing to move to Nashville.

      Pros

      Bernstein's investment research & institutional sales are best on the Street. Smart, ambitious people, good, eat-what-you-kill compensation at most senior levels.

      Cons

      Post-M&A activity, the preeminence of Sanford Bernstein's name & research suffered. Unfortunately, the unhealthy culture remains. Discrimination, sexism, insider mentality, unethical managers and poor leadership all explain why attrition rates are so high. Employee satisfaction couldn't be lower. For those who have left, the PTSD from working at the company will continue for years to come.
