Pros
The only thing that was good was the snack cabinet
Cons
-long hours. They claim they don’t want you there past 5, but depending on what team you’re on, you can easily stay past 7 -management doesn’t really know how to handle/manage the concerns of their associates. Lots of band aid fixes for things. -micromanagement to the extreme. No one fully explained the onboarding process to me and later found out that other associates on your team would have to review EVERY single thing you did down to sending an internal email. Some people loved that power structure and nit picked your work. -training was alright…I truly wish it could’ve prepared me for the actual job more -turnover. The amount of people I saw come and go was truly alarming but I soon found out why. That should speak volumes. - I promise you, you can get paid way more someone else being wayyyy less stressed -some advisors are a nightmare. I would literally lose sleep thinking about having to come in the next day and dealing with them. Yes it was that bad and my mental health was in the gutter
