Most advisors treat you poorly. Pay is low for the hours you work (compared to competitors). Technology sucks. You have to carry a big cisco phone when traveling because that’s how clients/advisors/colleagues call you. Work is solely focused at how to do things at AllianceBernstein - no transferrable skills and limited exit opps if you don’t leave early. A lot of politics to move up the role
