      Pros

      AB pays well and competitively, and is generally flexible with 3 days in office required per week.

      Cons

      Paid time off is not good. Three weeks and three personal days per year. This is a very demanding employer with a lot of nights and weekends, especially with quarter and year-ending deadlines. More time off is required for this demanding of a job.
