      Pros

      The TN office is really nice, with espresso machines and snacks, a decent bonus at end of the year. You can learn a lot from people if you make the effort. They tried their best during peak COVID.

      Cons

      Associates are undervalued and the rotation you are on can make or break how you feel about work. The pay is minimal, and they tell you not to discuss it with your coworkers. There are a lot of very overworked teams (especially in ops) and a ton of turnover. The tech that is used day to day is super old and outdated, which is very frustrating when programs crash throughout the day. Lastly, there is very little flexibility with remote work. You have to go in 3 days a week and do zoom calls in the office.
