Cons

High turnover position. Must pass 3 exams within 6 months so slot of studying after work. Yea Must pay sign on bonus back if you leave before your year mark.

For a finance company, there is a very good work-life balance. The financial advisors at AB are top of their class, so there is a lot of opportunity to learn from them.

Cons

Ultimately, the ideal position as an associate is to become a financial advisor at AB. Because AB is so selective with their advisors, the path to this career move did not always seem straightforward.
