      It is a job that pays a salary and an okay place if you have never had a job before

      Cons

      Bureaucratic management. Clueless HR leaders with business/tech scope surrounded by yes men. Middle management takes pride in fully adopting the used car salesmen demeanor.

      Pros

      Since AB is so large and each departments technology teams have a good bit of freedom when it comes to what languages and tools they use, there is so much to learn. I really think you could find a team that uses pretty much any language you want to learn.

      Cons

      People are busy so you have to be self motivated to ask questions and get involved. Everyone has been very helpful but it can feel overwhelming at first.
