-Supportive team and manager -Managers are flexible with schedule and ability to work from home -Downtown location is perfect for commuting via train -Company is growing, so lots of opportunities for growth -LOTS to learn and great way to get started in the Health/Insurance world

Cons

-Work loads and deadlines can be intense at times, especially during Q4 busy season, but is rewarded during bonus time -A good portion of employees are virtual, which at times is a con for team morale

The flexibility is very nice with the option to work from home and the ability to make your own hours is great. I really enjoyed the cohesion of our team as this made the job very manageable.

Cons

The pay leaves a lot more to be desired. Also, I there wasn't execution on some of the career progression talked about.
