Pros

Pays the bills (most of them anyway)

Cons

Poor management, no room for advancement, no raises, lower than industry average salary, New hires get fed lies about room for growth and advancement along with salary increases. They find out the truth eventually. Management is reactive and not proactive if they do anything to begin with. Corporate culture is to keep status quo and not rock the boat (or else you'll get thrown overboard). Any suggestions will be ignored or they'll acknowledge them but never do anything.

Pros

There was always something to do.

Cons

There was always too much to do: to the point that I found the job soul crushing and became very sad when the weekend would end and I'd have to stare another work week in the face. I found how the company operated to be pretty shady and was always expecting some customer to blow away the smoke.
