Great office culture (not the flashy "we've got fun snacks and décor") where people are authentic, grounded, and easy to be around. Teams and leadership who care about your growth and development, personally and professionally.

Cons

Unfortunate shift back to fully in-person work, but thankfully I enjoy who I work with.

Pros

The people are wonderful for the most part. Some bad eggs in leadership whose careers survive on tenure or nepotism alone. There are also great learning experiences because you will be doing multiple people’s jobs. They are chronically understaffed.

Cons

Your life will be different every single day at this company. One day you will be salaried and the next day you’ll be hourly. Forget about your compensation package. It’ll shrink overnight. You’ll find out in an out of touch boilerplate HR email with no compassion in sight. Save yourself the stress. You’ll end up doing more for less and less money. Oh, and you’ll get a RTO email too. You are just a number here and Allied makes sure you never forget it. This company will chew you up and spit you out.
