      Pros

      I have never worked somewhere that everyone truly cares about their job and how the company performs. If you are looking for a career change that would accept your creativity and allow you to be passionate about your career, Allied if the right place.

      Cons

      The company is requiring people to be fully in office now, but the building is not suited for this. There is not enough parking, meeting rooms, or fridges. I think the work life balance of the employees are being overlooked.
