Pros

Very friendly management in the loan servicing department. Lots of room to grow and explore. Hard work is appreciated and rewarded. A lot of people are on here talking about not getting promoted within... That's simply not true. They almost have to promote from within for a lot of positions, and they do. I'm proof, other people may have just been lackluster?

Cons

Compensation, but they are working on that. Hopefully will be better soon. It's a very complex job that should pay well, hopefully they do right by us.

This was the most awful place that I worked. A set most uncompassionate management and incompetent HR. Even if you are desperate, don't work in this company. Believe all the reviews posted here. Run away!!!!!
