      Great for people with little or no self-esteem.

      Unfulfilled promises, management bullies, terrible health plans. Cattle herders.

      It was close to home.

      Cons

      Staffing went from 7 people to 3 within 2 year time frame. Pay is minimal for what they want you to do.

      Pros

      This is the first company I have worked for where I didn't feel someone wasn't managing everything I did. I have set goals each month and I get new claims daily. From there, it is left up to me to manage my time to achieve those goals. The goals are obtainable. If I have a bad month, management isn't breathing down my neck or threatening my job. They are looking at ways to help me be successful.

      Cons

      Department is growing and with that, there are changes to our workflow to streamline procedures and accommodate new clients. Not a real con to me but if you don't like change, you won't like it here. I thought the health care was a little pricy for a family.
