      Great management, great opportunities for advancement and a lot of overtime if wanted.

      In the current environment there really aren't any. Too much work, no direction, dissatisfied work force

      Cons

      Workload is heavy, very little pay, very little upward mobility. There really isn't much training or guidance. Dysfunction has become the normal day.
