      Pros

      Working with customers both domestically and internationally in a very interesting industry.

      Cons

      Management. Cannot be given a pat on the back for a job well done. Don't ever feel fulfilled when the day is done, regardless of how well of a job was done. Little or no training. People put in positions without training and experience.

      Pros

      Great benefits. Good experience and exposure to manaufacturing. Colleagues are good to work with and HR is pretty good also. Hours of work are pretty good.

      Cons

      Lots of micromanagement and lofty goals for an industry and company that aren't doing anything to really disrupt and innovate. Minimal growth within this industry. Same goes for within the company... not a lot of opportunity to grow financially or get promoted internally. Pay is OK, but nothin to make a career out of
